Michael Sieffert was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. His photographic work started as a teenager, beginning an over decade long career of candid and street photography. His work uses both color and black and white, and is produced on both digital and film mediums. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in California, Eastern Canada, and German speaking Europe. He currently resides in Ulm, Germany.
